At Kratom Locker, we are committed to providing fast, discreet, and reliable shipping across the United States. Our goal is to ensure your kratom order arrives safely, securely, and on time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed—but we always work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer multiple shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, final delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
We strictly comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding mitragyna speciosa (kratom).
We do not ship to the following U.S. states:
Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin
We also do not ship to the following municipalities:
San Diego (CA), Sarasota County (FL), Union County (MS), Jerseyville (IL), or Denver (CO)
If your order cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Kratom Locker is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
