FAQs
Is Kratom Legal?
Under federal law, kratom is legal in the United States. However, some states, counties, and cities have implemented their own bans or restrictions. We recommend checking your local laws before placing an order. At Kratom Locker, we do not ship to areas where kratom is prohibited.
Will Kratom Get Me High?
Kratom is not a traditional intoxicant like cannabis or alcohol. While higher doses—especially of red strains—may have relaxing or sedative effects, kratom does not produce a "high" in the conventional sense. Lower doses often promote energy, focus, and mental clarity, while higher doses may support calm, relief, or restfulness.
How Should I Store My Kratom?
Keep it in a cool, dark, and dry place. Airtight containers, especially glass jars or resealable foil bags, are ideal. Avoid exposure to sunlight, heat, and moisture, which can degrade alkaloid potency over time.
How Is Kratom Different from Other Botanicals?
Kratom contains naturally occurring alkaloids—primarily mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine—which interact with the body’s opioid receptors in unique ways. Unlike synthetic opioids or stimulants, kratom is a plant-based product traditionally used for both stimulation and relief. Its effects depend heavily on the strain, dose, and individual body chemistry.
This versatility makes kratom a compelling option for individuals looking to support energy, manage discomfort, or promote calm—without relying on pharmaceuticals.
Is There a Best Way to Consume Kratom?
It depends on your needs and preferences. Many users prefer mixing kratom powder with water or juice (“toss and wash”), while others prefer capsules for convenience and taste neutrality. Some even brew it as tea. Always start with a low dose and increase gradually to find what works best for you.
Are Your Products Lab Tested?
Absolutely. Every batch is tested by a third-party ISO-certified lab. We verify alkaloid content (including mitragynine levels), screen for heavy metals, pathogens, and contaminants, and provide full Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to ensure safety, potency, and transparency.
